Badge Notes

The Personal Challenge Award is unique as it has no fixed criteria to complete it because challenge can be different for each of us.

To complete the Personal Challenge you must complete two challenges: one set by you and agreed by your leaders and a second, set by the leaders for you.

If you are interested in earning the Personal Challenge Badge, we would suggest the best way to do this is to speak with your parents about what they think might be good challenges based on you as a Cub. The Scout Association website has some ideas at https://scouts.org.uk/cubs/awards/personal/.

Once you’ve come up with some ideas, submit them to us (using the form on this page) and we can look at what you’ve suggested and agree what challenges we will use for your award. Once you’ve then completed the agreed challenges, let us know with evidence, and we can sign you off.

You should be including enough evidence to cover all the badge requirements (accessed at the top of this page) - your evidence could be a document, photograph or video.
